汽轮机DEH/MEH系统伺服模件的冗余设计及应用

摘要 通过对比现有伺服模件的几种冗余方案,包括双主模式、主从热备模式、主从跟随模式,采用了相对最优方案,即主从跟随方案进行冗余伺服模件的设计,细化了模件间的主从决策逻辑。进行多项试验,以验证冗余切换对机组主汽门及调门位置扰动微乎其微,最终在某电厂600 MW机组自主可控DCS改造中成功应用,消除了因单伺服模件故障造成机组非停的重大隐患,提高了DEH/MEH系统的安全性能,提升了火电机组的高效运维能力。 By comparing several existing schemes of redundant servo modules including dual master scheme,master-slave hot standby scheme,master-slave following scheme,the master-slave following scheme for the design of redundant servo modules is adopted,which is the relatively optimal scheme.The master-slave decision-making logic between the modules is refined,and a number of tests are carried out to verify that the redundant switching has minimal disturbance to the position of the main valve and the throttle of the unit.Finally,it is successfully applied in the autonomous controllable DCS transformation of a 600 MW unit of a power plant,which solves the major hidden dangers of the abnormal shutdown due to the failure of a single servo module.It improves the safety performance of the DEH/MEH system,and improves the operation and maintenance capabilities efficiently of thermal power units.
