摘要
香港粉岭高架桥采用新型DP125/62型节段拼装架桥机进行节段拼装施工,以适应城市桥梁大跨度、小曲线、大坡道架设条件。本文选取粉岭高架施工过程最不利工况,并考虑风荷载影响,应用Midas Civil软件建立架桥机有限元模型,基于香港地区适用的施工规范,对DP125/62型架桥机稳定性进行数值分析,保障了粉岭高架建设过程的安全性与可靠性,为城市道路大跨度、小曲线、大坡道桥梁架设积累经验,也为今后同类项目实施提供参考。
The Hong Kong Fanling Viaduct adopts the new DP125/62 segmental assembly bridge erecting machine for segmental assembly construction,aiming to adapt to the installation conditions of urban bridges with large spans,small curves,and large slopes.This article selects the most unfavorable working conditions that occurred during the construction of the Fanling Viaduct,considers the influence of wind loads,and applied Midas Civil software to establish a finite element model of the bridge erecting machine.In accordance with the construction standards applicable in Hong Kong,numerical analysis was conducted on the stability of the DP125/62 bridge erecting machine,ensuring the safety and reliability of the construction process of the Fanling Elevated Road.This has accumulated experience for the installation of large span,small curve,and steep slope bridges on urban roads and provided reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
