摘要
针对滨海枢纽匝道区及拼宽区钢混组合梁架设难度大、风险高、任务紧的特点,考虑枢纽互通四个象限同步施工,寻求安全、快速的标准化架设工艺。充分考虑海洋季风等不利因素,从受力、稳定、耐久、运输条件、设备、施工效率、经济性、作业条件等方面,结合先架设钢梁、再敷设桥面板,以及先在工厂叠合钢梁及桥面板两种施工工艺,对几种梁体安装架设工艺进行全面对比分析,论证在不同象限区域同步施工的适应性,最终确定最适用于本项目的施工方案。
Considering the difficulty,high risk,and tight task of erecting steel-concrete composite beams in the ramp area and widening area of the coastal hub,we consider synchronous construction of the four quadrants of the hub interchange and seek a safe and fast standardized installation process.Taking into account unfavorable factors such as ocean monsoons,a comprehensive comparison of several beam installation and erection processes was conducted from the aspects of stress,stability,durability,transportation conditions,equipment,construction efficiency,economy,and operating conditions,combined with the construction techniques of first erecting steel beams and then erecting bridge decks,as well as first stacking steel beams and bridge decks in the factory.The adaptability in different quadrant areas was demonstrated,and the most suitable construction process for this project was determined.
