摘要
为全面提升生物医药专业学生的实验操作技能、科研思维和创新能力,设计开发了以抗骨吸收药物体外药效学评价体系为核心的跨学科综合实训课程。该实训课程有机整合了病理学、药理学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学等多学科知识,通过系统性实验训练,不仅能够深化学生对生物医药知识的理解,更能有效提升其综合实验能力,激发其科研兴趣,为造就具有创新能力的生物医药类专业人才奠定坚实基础。
With the rapid development of biomedicine,the experimental teaching of cell biology,molecular biology and biochemistry plays an increasingly important role in medical education.In order to improve students’comprehensive experimental skills,scientific research thinking and innovation ability of biomedicine,a comprehensive training course based on in vitro pharmacodynamic evaluation of anti-bone resorption drugs is designed.The practical training integrates multidisciplinary knowledges such as pathology,pharmacology,cell biology,molecular biology,and biochemistry.The curriculum is beneficial for strengthening students’understanding of relevant biomedical knowledge,improving students’comprehensive experimental ability,enhancing students’scientific research ability and interest,and preparing for cultivating innovative biomedical talents.
