火旋风模拟与热危害特性实验教学探索

摘要 设计了一种火旋风模拟教学实验与理论课程相结合的创新教学方法,构建了“火旋风模拟与热危害特性”教学实验平台,将实验实践融入教学过程中。在该教学创新平台的支持下,学生将能够直接观察火焰在旋转涡流环境中的动态演变过程。此外,通过整合红外成像技术和辐射热流测量手段,不仅深化了学生对火旋风现象形成机制的理解,而且使得火焰温度变化及辐射强度的时空分布特征更加清晰直观地展现出来。教学设计结合学生分组协作与教师引导的模式,旨在深化学生对理论知识的掌握,同时提升其实际操作能力、团队合作精神及问题解决能力。通过充分发挥实验平台的优势,激发学生的创新思维,增强其综合素养和专业技能,为未来的职业发展和学术研究奠定了坚实的基础。 In order to meet the experimental teaching needs of combustion science and industrial safety technology courses,an innovative teaching method combining fire whirl simulation experiments with traditional combustion courses was developed.“Fire Whirl Simulation and Thermal Hazard Characteristics”experimental teaching platform was constructed and incorporated into the curriculum.With the support of this platform,students are able to directly observe the dynamic evolution of flames in a rotating eddy environment.In addition,through the integration of infrared imaging technology and radiative heat flow measurement means,the students’understanding of the formation mechanism of fire cyclone phenomenon is deepened,and the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of flame temperature changes and radiation intensity are more clearly and intuitively displayed.The teaching design combines student group collaboration with teacher guidance to deepen students’understanding of theoretical knowledge while enhancing their practical skills,teamwork,and problem-solving abilities.By fully leveraging the advantages of the experimental platform,this method stimulates students’innovative thinking,enhances their overall competence and professional skills,and lays a solid foundation for their future career development and academic research.
