基于多物理场耦合的开关电器温升特性仿真实验平台 被引量:1

Simulation Experiment Platform for Temperature Rise Characteristics of Switching Device Based on Multi-physics Coupling

摘要 以微型断路器为分析对象,搭建基于多物理场耦合的开关电器温升特性仿真实验平台。平台采用VB.Net语言设计友好用户界面,交互性强,集成了模型选取、参数配置和结果分析等功能。通过在后台以批处理模式运行ANSYS命令流实现多场耦合的有限元仿真,获得可视化温升结果,经实验验证仿真误差在10%以内。利用该平台,学生无须掌握专业的多场域仿真知识即可进行温升计算,并能便捷修改MCB模型与仿真参数,探究多种因素对温升特性的影响,有助于增进学生对电器发热理论知识的理解,培养学生的自主科研能力与创新思维,对提升开关电器实验教学水平具有积极的推动作用。 Using the miniature circuit breaker(MCB)as the object,a simulation experiment platform for the temperature rise characteristics of switching device was established based on the multi-physics coupling.This platform features a friendly graphical user interface with strong interactivity designed byVB.Net,integrates functions such as model selection,parameter configuration and result analysis.The finite element simulation of multi-physics coupling was achieved by running ANSYS command stream in batch mode at the background,so as to obtain the visualization results of temperature rise.The simulation error was within 10%through experiments.Through this platform,students can calculate the temperature rise without any professional simulation knowledge of multi-physics.Moreover,the model and simulation parameters of MCB can be easily modified to explore the influence of various factors on the temperature rise characteristics.This helps to enhance students’understanding of the heating theoretical knowledge for switching device and foster their independent research abilities and innovative thinking,and has a positive promoting effect on improving the experimental teaching level of switching device.
