摘要
颈源性头痛是一种发病机制复杂且存在多种学说的慢性头痛,以C_(1)~C_(3)颈部神经结构受卡压而引起的牵涉痛最为常见。目前临床治疗以非甾体抗炎药、肌松剂以及抗癫痫或抗抑郁等药物为主,这些药物虽能在一定程度上缓解炎症反应、改善部分临床症状并增加头颈部活动度,但也存在一定副作用,且对颈源性头痛的治疗针对性不足,难以全面解决问题。相比之下,中医外治法治疗颈源性头痛具有疗效确切、不良反应率低、操作简单及患者接受度高等优势。本文通过系统梳理中医外治法治疗颈源性头痛的研究进展,为中医药治疗该疾病提供新的研究思路。
Cervicogenic headache is a chronic headache with complex pathogenesis and multiple theories,and the referred pain caused by compression of C_(1)-C_(3) cervical nerve structures is the most common.At present,the clinical treatment is mainly based on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,muscle relaxants and antiepileptic or antidepressant drugs,which can alleviate the inflammatory response,improve partial clinical symptoms and increase the head and neck mobility to a certain extent.However,the drugs also have certain side effects,and treatment for cervicogenic headache may lack specificity,making it difficult to comprehensively solve the problem.In contrast,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervicogenic headache has the advantages of definite curative effect,low adverse reaction rate,simple operation and high patients'acceptance.This article systematically reviews the research progress of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervicogenic headache,and provides new research ideas for the the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
