摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合布地奈德、硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年4月于汶上县人民医院儿科接受治疗的80例喘息性支气管肺炎患儿,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施布地奈德与硫酸特布他林雾化吸入方案,观察组在此基础上增加中药穴位贴敷。对两组症状缓解时间、临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组的症状缓解时间比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274,P=0.012);两组不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用布地奈德和硫酸特布他林雾化吸入结合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿喘息性支气管肺炎具有良好效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia.Methods Eighty children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia in Department of Pediatrics,People’s Hospital of Wenshang County from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation regimen,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on this basis.The symptom remission time,clinical treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom remission time of observation group was shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.274,P=0.012).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chil dren with asthmatic bronchopneumonia has good effect.
