摘要
张锡纯为我国中西医汇通派杰出代表人物,其在著作《医学衷中参西录》中对代赭石的用法、用量及功效等方面作了详细记载。书中言,代赭石虽性平重坠,然“生用而肠胃无损”,其降肝胃冲气之功可用于惊痫、癫狂等脑气筋诸证及呕吐、衄血等脾胃系疾病,并提出此药为“救颠扶逆之大药”“妊娠初期呕吐之良药”等观点。此外,张锡纯以其作补益为用时,剂量较小;而对于宿食燥结、火气上逆、痰火阻滞等实证急者,用量则较为大胆,为常人所不及。本文以代赭石为切入点,从多个治疗方面探讨张锡纯的用药经验及常用配伍,望与同道共学之。
Zhang Xichun is an outstanding representative figure of the school of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine in China.In his work Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu,he documents in a detailed manner the usage,dosage,and efficacy of red ochre.According to him,although the herb is mild in nature yet heavy in mass,it can be directly used without bringing damage to the intestines and stomach.Its activity to descend the disharmonious qi of the liver and stomach can be used in the treatment of diseases such as convulsions,madness,vomiting,and bleeding.And he puts forward the views that red ochre is a remarkable medicine for insane and severe illness,as well as a panacea for resisting vomiting in early pregnancy.Moreover,he uses it as a tonic at a relatively minor dose,yet for those with acute and excessive symptoms such as dry stool,adverse rising of fire and qi,and phlegm-fire amassment,he decides on a high dosage that appears unreasonable for other practitioners.This article takes red ochre as a starting point to explore Zhang Xichun's medication experience and commonly used combinations from multiple perspectives,sharing his creative ideas with peers.
