摘要
目的?探讨穴位贴敷方治疗二甲双胍所致2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者腹泻的临床效果。方法?选2020年9月-2022年8月医院收治的126例2型糖尿病患者。采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和研究组,各63例。对照组在基础治疗的基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊与二甲双胍片进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合穴位贴敷方进行治疗,比较2组临床疗效结果。结果?研究组治疗后病情程度分级情况显著优于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率为98.41%(62/63)高于对照组87.30%(55/63)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后大便次数、大便性状、大便菌群情况均小于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FPG、2hPG水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗安全性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论?穴位贴敷方治疗二甲双胍所致T2DM患者腹泻效果显著,患者经过治疗后中医证候积分显著降低,病情程度缓解,且对患者FPG、2hPG水平无影响,疗效安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application in the treatment of metformin induced diarrhea in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 126 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were enrolled in the study.The random number table method was used to divide the study subjects into a control group(n=63),and Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria capsules and metformin tablets were given on the basis of a basic treatment,while the study group(n=63)was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects were compared in the two groups.Results The grading of disease degree was better in the study group than that in the control group,and the scores of TCM syndromes were lower(P<0.05).The treatment efficacy rate was 98.41%(62/63)in the study group,which was higher than that in the control group(87.30%,55/63)(P<0.05).The stool frequency,scores of fecal traits and stool flora were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the FPG and 2hPG levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment safety of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application has a significant effect in the treatment of metformin-induced diarrhea in patients with T2DM,and the scores of TCM syndromes are significantly reduced after treatment,while the disease degree is alleviated.The treatment has no effect on the FPG and 2hPG levels,and the therapy is safe.
