摘要
小卵泡排卵是排卵障碍的一种,可导致不孕,其病机以肾虚为本,兼及肝脾。角药是指将三种药物合为一组的配伍方法,药简力专,精巧凝练。肖承悰国医大师临证数十载,在以补肾固冲、调经助孕为原则的基础上,运用角药治疗本病,疗效稳定,体现了中医遣方用药中“通其变”“烛其微”的思想。本文通过整理归纳肖承悰国医大师治疗小卵泡排卵不孕症的角药配伍经验,揭示其灵动之思,以期为临床用药提供借鉴。
Small follicle ovulation is one of ovulation disorders,which may trigger female infertility,and whose pathogenesis lies mainly in kidney deficiency,though involving the liver and spleen as well.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),tri-medicines refer to a co-application of three herbs in a prescription,featuring fewer medicines but stronger efficacy.Professor Xiao Chengzong has been engaging in clinical practice of treating infertility for decades.She employs tri-medicines to treat small follicle ovulation for a secure curative effect through invigorating the kidney and consolidating the thoroughfare vessel,thus regulating menstruation and promoting fecundity.This treatment method highlights the theoretical characteristics of TCM that attaches importance to subtle changes in syndromes and pathogeneses.This paper summarizes the experience of treating small follicle ovulation with tri-medicines,revealing the ingenious ideas of Professor Xiao Chengzong,and hoping to provide a reference for clinical medication in this aspect.
