摘要
针对高承压非静态奥灰含水层注浆改造,研发了具有抗水分散性能的PPGF材料,提出了考虑浆液流速的抗分散性能试验方法;为定量分析浆液析水与黏度变化之间的响应机制,提出了消除析水影响的浆液黏度时变性间隔测量法,并建立了基于影响因子λ的黏度时变修正模型。基于此,揭示了PPGF材料配比与注浆参数对浆液扩散规律与抗分散性能的影响规律,并进行了工程实例验证。结果表明:随着浆液流速的增加,浆液流失率呈非线性增大趋势,而聚丙烯酰胺可以降低流速提高带来的浆液损失程度,与不考虑浆液析水效应相比,考虑析水效应的浆液黏度增长更快,影响因子λ与浆液析水率具有明显关联性,考虑析水效应后浆液黏度的增量随析水率的增大而增大。浆液顺水扩散距离随聚丙烯酰胺的增加先增大后减小,顺水混合宽度先减少后增大,当掺量为2.5%时浆液扩散及抗分散性能最优。随着初始注浆压力的增大,浆液饱和度曲线由稀疏—密集型逐步变为密集—稀疏—密集型,成核时间逐渐缩短,抗分散能力增强。研究结果对指导高承压非静态含水层注浆改造具有重要参考价值。
A PPGF material with water anti-dispersion performance was developed for the grouting trans-formation of high pressure non static ash aquifer.A test method for anti-dispersion performance considering slurry flow rate was proposed.To quantitatively analyze the response mechanism between slurry water separation and viscosity changes,a slurry viscosity time-varying interval measurement method was proposed to eliminate the influence of water separation.A viscosity time-varying correction model based on the influence factorλwas established.Based on this,the influence of PPGF material ratio and grouting parameters on the diffusion law and anti-dispersion performance of slurry was revealed,and engineering examples were used for verification.The results showed that with the increase of slurry flow rate,the slurry loss rate showed a non-linear increasing trend,and polyacrylamide could reduce the degree of slurry loss caused by the increase of flow rate.Compared with not considering the water separation effect of the slurry,the viscosity of the slurry with water separation effect increased faster,and the influence factorλwas significantly correlated with the water separation rate of the slurry.After considering the water separation effect,the increment of slurry viscosity increased with the increase of water separation rate.The diffusion distance of the slurry increases first and then decreases with the increase of polyacrylamide,and the mixing width decreases first and then increases.When the dosage is 2.5%,the diffusion and anti-dispersion performance of the slurry are optimal.As the initial grouting pressure increases,the saturation curve of the slurry gradually changes from sparse-dense type to dense-sparse-dense type,the nucleation time gradually shortens,and the anti-dispersion ability increases.The research results have important reference value for guiding the grouting transformation of high pressure non static aquifers.
