摘要
本文探究纺织品及皮革、毛皮中甲醛含量的测定方法及结果分析。对不同材质样品的前处理技术进行了比较,详细介绍了当前甲醛测定标准方法,包括分光光度法[1]、色谱法[2]等。在对测定过程中产生误差的来源进行评估并提出相应的质量控制措施的同时,通过实际测定实验,对各类纺织品、皮革、毛皮产品甲醛含量进行分析,探讨甲醛的来源及影响因素,以期为相关行业的质量监管和产品安全提供参考依据。
This study investigates methodologies for determining formaldehyde content in textiles,leather,and fur products.It compares pretreatment techniques for different materials and evaluates standard analytical approaches including spectrophotometry[1]and chromatography[2].Through experimental analysis,the research assesses error sources in measurement processes while proposing quality control strategies.The investigation further examines formaldehyde concentrations across product categories,identifies contamination pathways,and discusses critical influencing factors.Findings provide technical support for enhancing quality supervision and safety assurance in relevant industries.
