摘要
新质生产力强调创新、智能,对期刊编辑提出了新的要求.在分析新质生产力的内涵与特征的基础上,分析期刊编辑面临的困境,并提出了新质生产力视域下期刊编辑的能力需求,包括政治把关力、技术把控力和信息聚合力.从角色重塑与能力提升角度出发,提出以高质量发展为核心增强政治把关力、以持续的教育和培训为手段提升技术把控力、以协同创新为视角培养信息聚合力的策略,以促进学术期刊编辑的转型升级.
The advent of new quality productivity,characterized by its emphasis on innovation and intelligent processes,necessitates a reconceptualization of the editor’s role and a upliftment of their capabilities.This paper analyses the intrinsic qualities and features of this new productivity paradigm,identifying the challenges that journal editors confront.It delineates the competencies required of editors in this context,including the capacity for political discernment,technological proficiency,and information aggregation.To facilitate adaptation to these evolving demands,the paper proposes strategies centered on the reshaping of the editor’s role.These strategies encompass reinforcing political gatekeeping abilities to guarantee high-quality development,enhancing technological competencies through continuous professional development,and cultivating information aggregation skills through collaborative innovation.These measures are intended to catalyze the transformation and enhancement of academic journal editors.
