摘要
旨在深入探讨机器人在化工安全隐患排查中的应用。首先分析了化工行业安全隐患的特点和传统排查方式的局限性,接着详细阐述了不同类型机器人在化工安全隐患排查中的应用,包括移动机器人、飞行机器人等。论述了机器人所采用的检测技术,如视觉检测、气体检测、温度检测等技术在识别安全隐患方面的原理和优势。同时,对机器人在化工环境中的导航、定位、通信等关键技术进行了研究。此外,还分析了机器人应用面临的挑战,如复杂化工环境适应性、数据安全等问题,并提出了相应的对策,最后对机器人在化工安全隐患排查中的发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper aims to deeply discuss the application of robot in the investigation of chemical safety hazards.First of all,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the safety hazards in the chemical industry and the limitations of the traditional investigation methods,and then expounds the application of different types of robots in the investigation of the chemical safety hazards,including mobile robots,and flying robots.This paper discusses the principle and advantages of the detection technology,such as visual detection,gas detection and temperature detection,in identifying potential safety risks.At the same time,the key technologies such as navigation,positioning and communication in the chemical environment are studied.In addition,the paper analyzes the challenges of robot application,such as complex chemical environment adaptability and data security,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,the development trend of robot in the investigation of chemical safety risks is discussed.
