抗氧剂对聚砜树脂热氧化性能的影响

摘要 探究了使用亚磷酸酯、受阻酚和胺的单独及复配体系的配比和用量对PSU树脂的力学性能、外观颜色及热氧化黄度指数的影响。结果表明,各组抗氧剂均能减少PSU树脂在造粒过程中的黄变,而针对注塑及热氧化过程,单独使用抗氧剂A、抗氧剂A与受阻酚B复配均能发挥抗氧化效果。其中A-0.075/B-0.075组分耐热氧化性能最佳,A与B和C三复配体系在注塑及热氧化后黄度上升显著,该配方无实际应用价值。 The effects of the ratio and dosage of single and compound system using phosphite ester,hindered phenol and amine on the mechanical properties、appearance color and thermal oxidation yellowness index of PSU resin were investigated.The results showed that each group of antioxidants could reduce the yellowing of PSU resin in the process granulation.And for the injection molding and thermal oxidation process,phosphite A alone and the combination of phosphite A and hindered phenol B can exert the antioxidant effect.Among them,A-0.075/B-0.075 has the best heat-resistant oxidation performance,and the yellow degree of A,B and C triple compound system increase significantly after injection molding and hot oxidation,so the formula has no practical application value.
