摘要
在全国推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化建设的战略布局下,全面加强涉农研究生劳动教育是培养农科类高素质人才队伍的必然要求。文章分析了目前农科研究生培养过程中存在的问题,阐释了如何构建劳动教育驱动研究生创新能力提升的新模式以及保障措施,从而培养适应社会发展的创新型农科类高素质人才队伍,为涉农高校提升研究生创新能力提供了有益借鉴。
Under the strategic framework of promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas nationwide,strengthening labor education for agricultural graduate students is an essential requirement for cultivating a high-quality agricultural talent pool.This article analyzes the existing issues in the training of agricultural graduate students,elucidates how to construct a new model of labor education that drives the enhancement of graduate students'innovation capabilities,and the guarantee measures.The goal is to cultivate a cohort of innovative,high-quality agricultural professionals who can adapt to social development,thereby providing valuable insights for agricultural universities to enhance the innovation capabilities of their graduate students.
