摘要
生成式人工智能的广泛应用已经在全球范围内引发了深刻变革,更多人智协同的记录成为档案新的来源,传统的电子档案“四性”已难以覆盖对其可信管理的要求。论文从新语境下档案记录形成主体与形成逻辑的变迁出发,探讨人工智能生成合成内容进入档案范畴所带来的挑战。基于此,对包括真实性、完整性、可用性与安全性在内的电子档案的“四性”在人工智能时代的内涵变迁进行辨析,并从延伸控制链条、强调信息披露与应用技术手段三个方面提出应对途径,以适应人工智能生成合成内容的可信管理需求。
The widespread application of gen⁃erative artificial intelligence has triggered pro⁃found changes worldwide,and more collabora⁃tive records between humans and intelligence have become a new source of archives.The tradi⁃tional four characteristics of electronic archives are no longer sufficient to meet the require⁃ments for their trustworthy management.Based on the changes in the formation subject and gen⁃eration logic of archival records in the new con⁃text,this article explores the challenges brought by the inclusion of artificial intelligence generat⁃ed content(AIGC)within the scope of archives.Furthermore,the research analyzes the connota⁃tion changes of the"four characteristics"of elec⁃tronic archives,including authenticity,integrity,availability,and security,in the era of artificial in⁃telligence.In order to meet the trustworthy man⁃agement needs,the research proposes three re⁃sponse approaches:extending the control chain,emphasizing information disclosure,and applying technological means.
