摘要
中医药高等院校及其附属医院是中医药人才培养的主阵地,应切实发挥丰富的名医名师人才资源优势、实践教学平台优势和科技创新资源优势,努力提高学生德医双修的素质、中医经典理论水平及应用能力、中医临床实践能力和中医药传承创新能力。陕西中医药大学实施卓越医生(中医)教育培养计划,遵循中医药发展规律,不断探索适合中医药自身特点的教学模式改革,利用延安精神等红色资源,大师楷模、英烈风范等校本文化和抗疫精神等思政教育资源,不断丰富思政教育形式;将师承教育与院校教育相结合,实施思政、经典、临床、科研、心理五位一体导师制;改革经典教学及考核方法,努力提升实践教学能力和水平,中医学人才培养质量不断提高。
Universities of Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals are the main positions for the training of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents.They should give full play to the advantages of the rich talent resources of famous doctors,the advantages of practical teaching platforms and the advantages of scientific and technological innovation resources,and strive to improve the quality of students’moral and medical training,the level and application of TCM theory,the clinical practice ability of TCM and the inheritance and innovation ability of TCM.Implementing excellent doctors(TCM doctor)in Shaanxi university of Chinese medicine education plan follows the law of development of TCM,constantly explore the characteristics of TCM teaching model reform,using red resources such as the Yan’an spirit,master model and style of the school culture and education resources of the spirit of resistance to disease,and enrich the ideological education form.Integrating teacher education with college education,implementing the five-in-one tutorial system of ideological and political education,classical education,clinical education,scientific research and psychology.The authors have reformed classical teaching and assessment methods,and worked hard to improve the ability and level of practical teaching.The quality of training talents in TCM has been continuously improved.
