摘要
目的观察针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月在宜丰中医院就诊的神经根型颈椎病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各30例。参照组采取药物治疗,研究组采取针刺治疗,比较两组临床效果、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于参照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组MDA、SOD水平及VAS、SF-36评分均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论针对神经根型颈椎病患者,采取针刺治疗具有显著效果,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in Yifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group took drug treatment and a study group took acupuncture therapy.The clinical effects,malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,MDA and SOD levels,VAS and SF-36 scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant therapeutic effect,and is worth learning.
