摘要
目的了解异常子宫出血(AUB)患者的中医药服务使用意愿及影响因素,为促进中医药在AUB领域的发展提供参考。方法选取2021年12月—2022年1月就诊于浙江省某三甲医院的262例AUB患者,进行调查。结果124例(47.3%)AUB患者愿意使用中医药服务,106例(40.5%)根据病情选择,32例(12.2%)不愿意使用。多分类logistic回归分析显示,中医药服务利用史、医务人员科普或推荐中医药及中医药服务功能价值感知是影响AUB患者中医药服务使用意愿的因素。结论AUB患者中医药服务使用意愿相对较高,未来应通过多方面的举措提高中医药服务使用率,促进中医药更好地服务于此病患者。
Objective To understand the intention and influencing factors of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)to use TCM services,and to provide reference for promoting the development of TCM in the field of AUB.Methods A total of 262 AUB patients admitted to a grade-A tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from December 2021 to January 2022 were conveniently selected for investigation.Results A total of 124 cases(47.3%)of AUB patients were willing to use TCM services,106 cases(40.5%)were selected according to their condition,and 32 cases(12.2%)were not willing to use TCM services.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the history of TCM service utilization,medical staff’s popular science or recommendation of TCM,and the perception of TCM service function value were the factors influencing AUB patients’willingness to use TCM services.Conclusion Patients with AUB have relatively high intention to use TCM services.In the future,various measures should be taken to improve the utilization rate of TCM services for patients with AUB,so as to promote TCM to better serve patients with AUB.
