摘要
《外台秘要》对鼻息肉、鼻窒、鼻衄等鼻病的病因病机、治疗方法等有着详细的记载,其中治法包括内服中药汤剂、外治法等。中药内服法注重对细辛、辛夷、白芷、川芎的应用,这些药至今仍是耳鼻喉科治疗鼻病的常用药。外治法则根据疾病种类的不同及药物剂型特点总结出多种给药方式,包括滴鼻法、吹药法、涂敷法、塞鼻法等;并且根据同一疾病伴随症状的不同,总结了不同的治疗方药。文章总结《外台秘要》对鼻病的诊疗方法,旨在为当今临床治疗相关疾病提供思路。
The Waitai Miyao provides detailed records on the etiology and pathogenesis of nasal diseases such as nasal polyps,nasal congestion,and epistaxis,as well as oral administration of Chinese medicine and external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The oral administration of Chinese medicine focuses on the application of Herba Asari,Flos Magnoliae,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,which are still commonly used drugs in the treatment of nasal diseases in otolaryngology.Among them,the external therapy in the treatment of nasal diseases summarizes various administration methods based on the different types of diseases and the characteristics of drug dosage forms,including nasal drip method,blowing method,application method,nasal congestion method,etc.,and different treatment formulas were summarized according to the different accompanying symptoms of the same disease.This article summarized the diagnosis and treatment methods of nasal diseases in Waitai Miyao,aiming to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of relevant diseases.
