血管性痴呆动物模型的中西医症状特点分析

摘要 根据血管性痴呆(VaD)中西医临床病症特点,依据临床诊断指标,对目前VaD动物模型加以研究,并对现有的动物模型与临床症状作出吻合度评价。通过检索各数据库,阅读相关文献,总结VaD的中西医病因病机及诊断标准的同时,归纳现有VaD动物模型,分析已有动物模型的临床吻合度。通过梳理文献发现,VaD动物模型在临床上多以西医为指导,其中最常用的造模方法是两血管阻断法和四血管阻断法,复合VaD动物模型有较好的应用前景。但符合中医病证的模型较少并且吻合度低,主要集中在肾精亏虚证和热毒内蕴证,很难体现中医辨证论治的特点。因此构建一种准确、规范的VaD中西医病证结合动物模型成为后续研究VaD防治的重点。 Based on the clinical characteristics of vascular dementia(VaD)in both Western and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this study examines current VaD animal models according to clinical diagnostic criteria and evaluates their concordance with clinical symptoms.By searching various databases and reviewing relevant literature,the study summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,and diagnostic standards of VaD from both Western and TCM perspectives.Additionally,existing VaD animal models are categorized and analyzed for their clinical relevance.The literature review indicates that most VaD animal models are developed based on Western medicine,with the two-vessel occlusion(2VO)and four-vessel occlusion(4VO)methods being the most commonly used.Compound VaD animal models show promising application prospects.However,models that align with TCM syndromes are relatively scarce and exhibit low concordance,primarily focusing on kidney essence deficiency and internal heat-toxin accumulation syndromes,making it difficult to reflect the syndrome differentiation and treatment principles of TCM.Therefore,establishing a standardized and accurate VaD animal model that integrates both Western and TCM disease-syndrome characteristics is crucial for future research on VaD prevention and treatment.
