摘要
血管内皮损伤参与原发免疫性血小板减少症(primary immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)的发生发展。ITP患者出血症状的严重程度与血管内皮损伤程度呈正相关。血管内皮损伤主要表现为血管内皮通透性改变、免疫功能异常、凝血功能紊乱等方面。中医药可通过多靶点作用机制治疗ITP,包括调节内皮通透性、纠正免疫功能异常及恢复凝血功能等,今后的研究需进一步探讨血管内皮损伤在ITP发生发展中的分子机制,为阐明ITP的发病机制和优化临床诊疗策略提供重要依据和参考。
Vascular endothelial injury is involved in the occurrence and development of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).The severity of bleeding manifestations in patients with ITP was positively correlated with the degree of vascular endothelial injury.Vascular endothelial injury is mainly manifested in changes in vascular endothelial permeability,abnormal vascular endothelial immune function,and vascular endothelial coagulation disorder.Future research needs to further explore the molecular mechanism of vascular endothelial injury in the occurrence and development of ITP,to provide an important basis and reference for the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies of ITP.
