摘要
IgA肾病是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,其确切的病因及病理机制至今尚不明确,现代医学较为公认的是黏膜免疫机制诱发为病。中医学认为,该病病因病机与现代医学黏膜免疫机制密切相关。故临证时应以呼吸道黏膜、胃肠道黏膜和泌尿道黏膜为着眼点,围绕其本虚标实、虚实错杂的基本病机,针对咽、脾胃和肾不同病位的侧重,分别从咽肺论治、从胃肠论治及从膀胱与肾论治该病,以改善呼吸道黏膜、胃肠道黏膜、泌尿道黏膜免疫功能,从而为治疗IgA肾病提供新思路。
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease in China,the exact etiology and pathological mechanism of which are still unclear.Modern medicine recognizes that it is induced by mucosal immune mechanism.In Chinese medicine it is believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are closely related to the mucosal immune mechanism of modern medicine.Therefore,we should focus on the respiratory mucosa,gastrointestinal mucosa and urinary tract mucosa when treating IgA nephropathy.Based on the complex pathogenesis of deficiency and excessive of the disease,the pharynx,Spleen,Stomach and Kidney should be focused on,treating from the pharynx and Lung,from the Stomach and Intestine,and from the Bladder,respectively,to improve the immune function of the respiratory mucosa,gastrointestinal mucosa,and urinary tract mucosa,to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of IgA nephropathy.
