摘要
该研究选取2017—2021年中国沪深A股、新三板体育用品制造企业为研究样本,从微观服务化与宏观环境规制视角出发,对提升体育用品制造企业绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)展开理论探讨和实证检验。结果显示:(1)服务化对体育用品制造企业GTFP的影响呈U型非线性关系,这一结果在进行替换变量、滞后回归及异质性分析后依然显著成立。(2)降低企业管理成本、优化企业创新效率在服务化提升体育用品制造企业GTFP过程中起间接影响效应;环境规制作为外部驱动力,具有显著门槛效应,适当强度的环境规制能够有效促进服务化进而提升体育用品制造企业GTFP。(3)服务化与体育用品制造企业GTFP之间的U型非线性关系主要出现在高耗能企业和小规模企业中;处于强政治约束城市的体育用品制造企业,服务化与环境规制之间具有显著的协同效应,而处于弱政治约束城市的企业,其环境规制易受到非完全执行的干扰。据此,提出了通过服务化提升体育用品制造企业GTFP的针对性建议:深入推动体育用品制造业服务化,破解生态承载之难题;加大环境规制力度,持续深化绿色发展理念;强化数字技术赋能,加速体育科技成果转化;聚焦企业资源异质性,激发服务化内生动力。
This study selects China′s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share and New Third Board sporting goods manufacturing enterprises from 2017 to 2021 as research samples,and theoretical discussion and empirical test are carried out to improve the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of micro-service and macro-environmental regulation.The results show that:(1)The impact of servitization on GTFP of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises presents a U-shaped nonlinear relationship,which is still significant after substitution of variables,lagged regression and heterogeneity analysis.(2)Reducing enterprise management cost and optimizing enterprise innovation efficiency play an indirect role in improving the GTFP process of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises;as an external driving force,environmental regulation has a significant threshold effect.Appropriate intensity of environmental regulation can effectively promote servitization and improve GTFP of sports goods manufacturing enterprises.(3)The U-shaped nonlinear relationship between servitization and GTFP of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises mainly occurs in high-energy-consuming enterprises and small-scale enterprises;sports goods manufacturing enterprises in cities with strong political constraints have significant synergistic effects between servitization and environmental regulation,while enterprises in cities with weak political constraints are vulnerable to incomplete implementation of environmental regulation.Based on this,some specific suggestions are put forward to improve the GTFP of sporting goods manufacturing enterprises through servitization:further promote the servitization of sporting goods manufacturing industry and solve the problem of ecological carrying capacity;strengthen environmental regulation and continue to deepen the concept of green development;strengthen digital technology empowerment and accelerate the transformation of sports science and technology achievements;focus on the heterogeneity of enterprise resources and stimulating the endogenous power of servitization.
