摘要
以湖北职业技术学院为例,从专业设置与产业需求、课程内容与岗位技能、培养质量与就业标准三个角度剖析了智能建造专业群与孝感市建筑业发展需求之间的契合关系,提出了增强专业群与区域产业发展契合度的优化策略,建议高职院校推动产教融合,优化培养方案,打造“双师”团队,建立诊改机制;建筑企业应建立校企协同育人机制,推动校企技术共研机制,加强校企文化互融互渗;地方政府出台政策支持,搭建合作平台,加强监管与评估。
Taking Hubei Polytechnic Institute as an example,we analyzed the fit between intelligent construction professional group and the development demand of construction industry in Xiaogan City from three perspectives such as professional setting and industrial demand,curriculum content and job skills,and quality of talent cultivation and industry standard and put forward optimization strategies to enhance the fit between the professional group and the development of the regional industry and suggested that the institutions of higher vocational education are supposed to promote the integration of industry and education,optimize the cultivation program,create a"dual-teacher"team and establish a"dual-teacher"team.It is suggested that higher vocational colleges and universities promote the integration of industry and education,optimize the training program,create a"two-teacher"team and establish a diagnosis and reform mechanism.
