摘要
以“红颜”草莓为试验材料,研究了母株定植时间对草莓穴盘育苗效果的影响。结果表明,在武汉地区采用剪插法穴盘育苗,母株定植日期以T2(2月16日左右)较为适宜,其匍匐茎抽生数较T1(1月12日)处理、T3(3月10日)处理和对照CK处理(4月10日)分别增加22.1%、25.1%和87.0%。通过主成分分析和隶属函数值法对苗数量和苗质量相关的9个指标进行分析,获得独立累计贡献率达100%的综合指标3个,这3个综合指标隶属函数值大小为T2>T3>T1>CK。研究结果对采用剪插法穴盘育苗中优质苗的培育提供了理论指导。
Using Benihoppe strawberry as the experimental material,the influence of mother plant planting time on strawberry plug seedling cultivation was studied.The results showed that when using the cutting-plug method for seedling raising in Wuhan area,the suitable planting date of mother plants was around February 16(T2),with the number of stolons increased by 22.1%,25.1%and 87.0%,respectively,compared with T1(January 12),T3(March 10)and CK(April 10).Using principal component analysis and membership function value method,9 indexes related to the quantity and quality of seedlings were analyzed,and 3 comprehensive indexes with an independent cumulative contribution rate of 100%were obtained.The membership function values of these 3 comprehensive indexes was in the order of T2>T3>T1>CK.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of high-quality seedlings in the plug seedling cultivation using cutting-plug method.
