摘要
目的:分析耳穴压豆联合医护一体化护理模式在输尿管结石患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院于2022年1月—7月收治的100例进行手术治疗的输尿管结石患者,按随机数表法分成试验组和参照组。参照组采用医护一体化护理,试验组采用耳穴压豆联合医护一体化护理。比较两组的围手术期疼痛评分、并发症发生情况、心理弹性量表评分。结果:试验组的心理弹性量表中各项评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);术后2 h、12 h、24 h、36 h,试验组的疼痛评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合医护一体化护理模式在输尿管结石患者围手术期中的应用能降低其术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率,改善其心理状态,促使其尽快康复,值得推荐。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure combined with an integrated medical-nursing care model in the perioperative management of patients with ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing surgical treatment for ureteral calculi at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to July 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table.The control group received integrated medical-nursing care,while the experimental group received additional auricular acupressure.Perioperative pain scores(Visual Analog Scale,VAS),incidence of complications,and Resilience Scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher Resilience Scale scores(P<0.05)and lower VAS scores at 2 h,12 h,24 h,and 36 h postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group exhibited a lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of auricular acupressure and an integrated medical-nursing care model effectively reduces postoperative pain,decreases complication rates,improves psychological resilience,and promotes recovery in patients with ureteral calculi during the perioperative period.This approach is clinically recommended.
