摘要
目的:探讨规范化生物制剂居家皮下注射流程管理在风湿病患者中的应用效果及安全性。方法:选取新余市人民医院于2022年1月至2024年4月收治的80例风湿病患者作为研究对象,将入选患者按所接受管理方案的不同分为对照组(实施常规管理)与研究组(实施常规管理+规范化生物制剂居家皮下注射流程管理),各40例,比较两组的用药依从性、自护能力评分、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:随访1个月,研究组用药依从性的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力量表(ESCA)中各维度评分和护理总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化生物制剂居家皮下注射流程管理有助于提高风湿病患者的用药依从性和自护能力,还能降低多种皮下注射相关不良反应的发生率,获取更高的患者满意度。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of standardized home subcutaneous injection procedures for biological agents in patients with rheumatic diseases.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rheumatic diseases admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a control group(routine management)and a study group(routine management+standardized home subcutaneous injection procedures for biological agents),with 40 cases in each group.Medication compliance,self-care ability scores(measured by the ESCA scale),incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of follow-up,the study group showed a higher rate of excellent/good medication compliance,a lower total incidence of adverse reactions,higher scores across all dimensions of the Exercise of Self-CareAgency(ESCA)scale,and a higher overall nursing satisfaction rate compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized home subcutaneous injection procedures for biological agents can improve medication compliance and self-care ability in patients with rheumatic diseases,reduce the incidence of injection-related adverse reactions,and achieve higher patient satisfaction.
