摘要
目的:探讨用阿立哌唑联合喹硫平对老年精神分裂症患者进行治疗的效果。方法:在2022年1月至2024年1月,选取北京市海淀区心理康复医院收治的80例老年精神分裂症患者,平均分入观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用喹硫平治疗,观察组采用阿立哌唑联合喹硫平治疗。记录两组的实验室指标、治疗的总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平及不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用阿立哌唑联合喹硫平对老年精神分裂症患者进行治疗的效果显著,能有效推动疾病相关实验室指标的改善,具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of aripiprazole combined with quetiapine in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2024,80 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to Beijing Haidian Mental Rehabilitation Hospital were selected and evenly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received quetiapine alone,while the observation group received aripiprazole combined with quetiapine.Laboratory indicators,total effective rate of treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group exhibited significantly lower levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and a lower incidence of complications compared to the control group.Additionally,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of aripiprazole and quetiapine demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy in elderly patients with schizophrenia,effectively improving disease-related laboratory indicators and exhibiting a high safety profile.
