摘要
目的:对比下肢静脉曲张术后使用利伐沙班与低分子肝素钙预防深静脉血栓的效果。方法:选取陕西省西安市核工业四一七医院于2022年1月—2024年1月收治的下肢静脉曲张术后患者100例,以抽签法进行分组,每组各50例。对照组予以低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组予以利伐沙班治疗。对比两组相关指标。结果:治疗前后,两组凝血功能指标对比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。两组深静脉血栓发生率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论:利伐沙班与低分子肝素钙用于预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓的效果均较好,不会对患者的凝血功能造成影响,但利伐沙班的安全性更高。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of rivaroxaban and low molecular weight heparin calcium(LMWH)in preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after lower extremity varicose vein surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent lower extremity varicose vein surgery at Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital in Xi’an,Shaanxi Province,from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the lottery method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received LMWH treatment,while the observation group received rivaroxaban.Relevant clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in coagulation function indicators between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of DVT showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,significantly lower than the 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both rivaroxaban and LMWH are effective in preventing DVT after lower extremity varicose vein surgery without affecting coagulation function.However,rivaroxaban demonstrates superior safety.
