摘要
腰椎微创手术因其创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症少,已在腰椎疾病的治疗中广泛应用。术中节段动脉损伤的发生率虽不高,但一旦出现,可能导致严重的并发症,如失血性休克、下肢缺血甚至神经功能损害,严重威胁患者生命安全。文章通过对腰椎微创手术中节段动脉损伤的发生机制进行系统分析,探讨手术操作中的关键风险因素。通过总结术前详细影像学评估、术中精确定位和器械选择,以及术后并发症管理等防治策略,提出了降低节段动脉损伤风险的有效途径,以期提高手术安全性和治疗效果。
Minimally invasive lumbar surgery has been widely adopted in the treatment of lumbar diseases due to its advantages of minimal trauma,rapid recovery,and fewer postoperative complications.Although the incidence of intraoperative segmental artery injury is relatively low,it may lead to severe complications such as hemorrhagic shock,lower limb ischemia,and even neurological impairment,posing significant threats to patient safety.This article systematically analyzes the pathogenesis of segmental artery injury during minimally invasive lumbar procedures and identifies critical risk factors in surgical operations.By summarizing prevention strategies,including detailed preoperative imaging evaluation,precise intraoperative positioning,appropriate instrument selection,and postoperative complication management,effective approaches to reduce the risk of segmental artery injury are proposed.These insights aim to enhance surgical safety and therapeutic outcomes.
