摘要
心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)是心脏手术和介入治疗中常见的并发症,其发生机制复杂,涉及氧化应激、炎症反应、钙超载等多个方面。近年来,中医药在调控间充质干细胞(MSCs)治疗MIRI方面显示出独特的优势。文章综述了中医对MIRI的认识,探讨了“心-肾-髓-以通为养”理论在MIRI治疗中的应用,并分析了中医药调控MSCs治疗MIRI的可能机制,旨在为中医药在心肌保护领域的应用提供理论依据和实践指导。
Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)is a common complication in cardiac surgery and interventional therapy,with complex mechanisms involving oxidative stress,inflammatory response,calcium overload,and other factors.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated unique advantages in regulating mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)for the treatment of MIRI.This article reviews the TCM perspective on MIRI,explores the application of the"heart-kidney-marrow regulation with the principle of unblocking for nourishment"theory in MIRI treatment,and analyzes potential mechanisms by which TCM regulates MSCs to alleviate MIRI.The aim is to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the application of TCM in myocardial protection.
