摘要
化工行业的快速发展对高素质专业人才的需求日益增加。学徒制作为一种传统的技能传承方式,在培养高素质技术技能人才方面具有独特优势。构建了一套适用于化工专业的学徒制培养体系,涵盖培养目标、培养模式和培养内容三个方面。通过多层次、跨学科、实践导向的方法,结合高级化工理论课程与实践操作,提升学生的工程能力和创新能力。评价结果表明,该培养体系在专业知识、实践能力和职业素养等方面均取得了显著成效,为化工专业人才培养提供了新的思路和方法。
The rapid development of chemical industry has an increasing demand for high-quality professionals.Apprenticeship system,as a traditional way of skill inheritance,has unique advantages in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.A set of apprenticeship cultivation system applicable to chemical industry specialties is constructed,covering three aspects of cultivation goal,cultivation mode and cultivation content.Through a multi-level,interdisciplinary and practice-oriented approach,it combines advanced chemical theory courses with practical operations to enhance students'engineering ability and innovation ability.The evaluation results show that the cultivation system has achieved remarkable results in terms of professional knowledge,practical ability and professionalism,and provides new ideas and methods for the cultivation of chemical professional talents.
