摘要
采用钻石模型框架,结合IMS、TC、RCA、CA指标,对光伏产业的国际竞争力进行了综合评估,发现中国光伏行业整体趋势向好,但还存在可发展空间。为促进我国光伏产业在全球市场中的进一步壮大,提出我国光伏行业应发展“先进产能”、推动“光伏+”发展、完善法规政策、发展人才队伍的建议。
In the context of the implementation of China's"dual-carbon"goal,it is particularly important to accelerate the transition from the traditional energy system to low-carbon energy.Photovoltaic(PV)power generation,as an emerging form of low-carbon energy,has been developing rapidly in China in recent years.A comprehensive assessment of the international competitiveness of the PV industry was carried out using the diamond model framework and combining IMS,TC,RCA and CA indicators.It is found that the overall trend of China's PV industry is positive,but there is still room for development.Finally,in order to promote the further growth of China's PV industry in the global market,it is proposed that China's PV industry should develop"advanced production capacity",promote the development of"PV+",improve the regulations and policies,and develop the talent team.
