建筑结构中钢筋螺纹连接节点冻融伤害减缓新技术研究 被引量:3

Research on new technologies for freeze-thaw damage mitigation of steel bar threaded connection joints in building structures

摘要 为了提高建筑中钢筋螺纹连接结构在冻融环境下的耐久性与安全性,提出了一种聚氨酯橡胶套钢筋螺纹连接节点的冻融伤害减缓方法,探究了该方法下钢筋螺纹节点的减缓效果与损伤机理。结果表明,采用聚氨酯橡胶套螺纹连接节点后,节点在冻融循环早期的张紧力损失得到了有效减缓,常温成型混凝土试件产生裂缝的最大循环次数为150次,相较于未带聚氨酯橡胶套螺纹连接节点下的6次;低温成型的混凝土试件产生裂缝的最大循环次数为43次,相较于未带聚氨酯橡胶套螺纹连接节点下的4次,试件的破损时间均被大幅推迟,证明了所采用方法在缓解冻融伤害方面的有效性。 In order to improve the durability and safety of steel thread connection structure in buildings under freeze-thaw environment,a freeze-thaw damage mitigation method for steel thread connection joints of polyurethane rubber sleeve is proposed,and the mitigation effect and damage mechanism of steel thread joints under this method are explored.The results show that the tension loss of the joint in the early stage of the freeze-thaw cycle is effectively slowed down after the polyurethane rubber sleeve thread connection joint is used.The maximum number of cycles of cracks in the concrete specimens formed at room temperature is 150 times,compared with 6 times without polyurethane rubber sleeve thread connection joint.The maximum number of cycles of cracks in concrete specimens formed at low temperature is 43 times.Compared with 4 times without polyurethane rubber sleeve threaded connection,the damage time of the specimens is greatly delayed,which proves the effectiveness of the method in alleviating freeze-thaw damage.
