跌落式智能开关用熔断材料特性分析及应用效果

摘要 为进一步提升开关熔断材料的绝缘性能,引入纳米氧化铝和纳米氮化硼粒子制得一种改性复合绝缘材料,对其绝缘性能、力学性能以及应用效果进行验证。结果表明,引入纳米氧化铝和纳米氮化硼粒子制得的改性复合绝缘材料具有更强的绝缘性能,体积电阻率、局部放电起始电压以及击穿场强相比于未改性分别增大了32.12%、12.12%、7.05%;制得的复合绝缘材料具有更好的拉伸脱粘强度和拉升剪切强度;将该复合绝缘材料作为跌落式开关的熔断材料时,其表现出了更好的绝缘性能。制备的改性复合绝缘材料绝缘性能和力学性能良好,可作为跌落式开关的熔断材料。 In order to further improve the insulation performance of the switch fuse material,a modified composite insulation material was prepared by introducing nano-alumina and nano-boron nitride,and its insulation performance,mechanical properties and application effect were verified.The results show that the modified composite insulation material prepared by introducing nano-alumina and nano-boron nitride has stronger insulation performance.The volume resistivity,partial discharge onset voltage and breakdown field strength are increased by 32.12%,12.12%and 7.05%,respectively,compared with the unmodified composite insulation material.The composite insulation material has better tensile debonding strength and tensile shear strength.When the composite insulation material is used as the fusing material of the drop switch,it shows better insulation performance.The modified composite insulation material prepared by has good insulation and mechanical properties,and can be used as a fusing material for drop switches.
