钻锚切换装置切换压力故障分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement of Switching Pressure Fault of Drilling and Anchoring Switching Device

摘要 针对某自动锚杆钻架在试验过程中出现的钻锚切换装置切换油缸压力偏高的问题,建立了故障树。对每个故障分支进行机制分析和故障排查,确定了故障的主要原因为切换油缸平衡阀损坏,次要原因是导向圆柱与锚箱(钻箱)导向板、进给滑动板的配合间隙偏小所导致的运行摩擦阻力过大。提出了减少切换卡滞阻力的主要措施:增大导向柱与圆槽孔的配合间隙,改进导向柱和导向板的结构,提高加工精度,采用装配工装。最后验证了改进措施的有效性。 In response to the issue of excessively high pressure in the switching cylinder of the drilling and anchoring switching device during the testing of an automatic bolt drilling frame,a fault tree was established.Through mechanism analysis and fault investigation of each fault branch,identified that the main cause of the fault is the damage to the balance valve of the switching cylinder,and the secondary cause is excessive operational friction resistance resulting from too small clearance between the guide cylinder and the guide plate of the anchor box(drill box),as well as the feed sliding plate.The primary measures proposed to reduce switching stagnation resistance include increasing the clearance between the guide post and the circular hole,improving the structure of the guide post and guide plate,increasing processing precision and adopting assembly tooling.Finally,the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified.
