摘要
为了给矿山作业人员的尘肺病预警提供可靠的数据支持,设计了一种便携式矿山呼吸性粉尘个体检测仪。提出检测仪的总体技术方案,明确其设计目标和技术要求。基于光散射原理,结合矿山复杂工况及检测仪在精度和量程上的实际需求,选择采用光学散射方式作为检测方法。针对检测系统中的光路控制和信号检测,设计并实现了相应的控制和检测电路;同时,完成了气路控制模块的设计和通信功能的集成。为实现整机功能,进行了软件系统的开发与单片机的合理选型。通过实验室试验验证,所研制的矿山呼吸性粉尘个体检测仪在检测精度方面完全符合矿山呼吸性粉尘检测标准,检测误差控制在15%以内。
In order to provide reliable data support for the pneumoconiosis early warning of mining workers,a portable individual respiratory dust detector for mine was designed.Proposed the overall technical plan of the detector,and clarified its design objectives and technical requirements.Based on the principle of light scattering and considering the complex working conditions of mine as well as the practical requirements for accuracy and range,optical scattering was selected as the detection method.Corresponding control and detection circuits were designed and implemented for the optical path control and signal detection in the system.At the same time,the design of the gas path control module and the integration of communication functions were completed.To realize the full functionality of the device,software development and appropriate microcontroller selection were carried out.Laboratory experiments verified that the developed individual respiratory dust detector for mine fully meets the detection accuracy standards for mining respiratory dust,with a detection error controlled within 15%.
