摘要
针对桥式转载机与顺槽输送带的搭接长度不足、生产班延长输送带影响掘进系统开机率的问题,设计了桥式转载机高刚度桁架结构、复合支撑装置、柔性受料系统,开发了模块化可重构桥式转载机,提出近水平巷道进尺小于50 m/d巷道掘进、大角度巷道进尺小于50 m/d巷道掘进、进尺100 m/d巷道掘进3种设备配置形式,相关装备经过了煤矿井下使用验证。
Aim to the lack of lap length between bridge conveyor and fluted conveyor belt,extending the conveyor belt during the production shift affects the driving system operation rate,the high stiffness truss structure,composite support device and flexible receiving system of bridge conveyor were designed,the modular reconfigurable bridge conveyor was developed,three types of equipment configuration were proposed,such as excavation mode of near horizontal roadway with footage less than 50 m/d,excavation mode of large angle roadway with footage less than 50 m/d and excavation mode of roadway with footage less than 100 m/d,and the equipment has been proven for underground coal mine use.
