摘要
为了研究新型防漏堵漏工作液绒囊堵水剂的静态性能及其流动规律,分别测试了绒囊堵水剂的成胶时间、黏温曲线、原油降解性能、剪切黏度保留率,以及金相显微镜的微观形态。结果表明,静态单个绒囊具有完全舒展的“一核二层三膜”结构,当两个绒囊相互挤压时,较小体积绒囊的气核处于压缩状态,绒囊堵水剂成胶与时间相关性较弱;充分溶解后,绒囊堵水剂黏度明显升高,且随温度的升高而降低;绒囊堵水剂在低剪切条件下的黏度变化不明显,而高剪切作用下的状态发生了改变,表现为黏度变低;原油会降低绒囊堵水剂的黏度。
In order to study the static properties and flow rules of a new type of anti-leakage and plugging fluid,the gel formation time,viscosity temperature curve,crude oil degradation performance,shear viscosity retention rate and microscopic morphology of the agent were tested.The results show that the static chorionic sac has a completely extended“one core,two layers and three membranes”structure.When the two chorionic sacs squeeze each other,the gas nucleus of the smaller chorionic sac is compressed.The correlation between the formation of chorionic water-blocking agent and time was weak.After full dissolution,the viscosity of chillonial water blocking agent increased obviously,and decreased with the increase of temperature.Under the condition of low shear,the change of viscosity of chignon water blocking agent is not obvious,but under the condition of high shear,the viscosity becomes lower.Crude oil will reduce the viscosity of the chorionic water blocking agent.
