摘要
长期以来,韩国是中国农产品出口贸易的重要合作伙伴,2001-2023年中国对韩国农产品出口贸易规模持续高涨,产品种类数量拓展,结构趋于优化,合作层次逐渐提升,贸易互补性较强;但也存在一些问题与不足,如贸易增势放缓,地位连续下滑,产品结构不够合理,集中度相对较高,贸易互补性减弱,贸易自由化程度偏低,频遭贸易壁垒阻碍等。新时期,中韩两国应以RCEP生效实施为重要契机,增进政治互信,促进国家战略对接,完善双边农业领域合作机制,提升贸易自由化与便利化水平,深化优势互补,拓展合作交集,挖掘内在潜力,优化产品结构,推动中国对韩国农产品出口贸易高质量可持续发展。
South Korea has been an important cooperation partner of China's agricultural product export trade for a long time.The trade scale of China's agricultural product export to South Korea kept increasing quickly from 2001 to 2023,with the number of product categories expanded,the product structure updated,cooperation levels gradually promoted and trade complementarity enhanced.But there still exist some problems such as the trade increasing slowly,the trade status declining,the unreasonable product structure,relatively high concentration,weakened trade complementarity,low trade liberalization,frequent obstacle from trade barriers.In the new era,China and South Korea should take the opportunity of the implementation of RCEP to increase mutual political trust,promote the synergy of national strategies between China and South Korea,improve bilateral agricultural cooperation mechanisms,boost the level of liberalization and facilitation of trade,press ahead the complementarity of advantages,expand the intersection of cooperation,tap the potential of cooperation,and optimize the product structure to push forward high-quality trade development of China's agricultural product export to South Korea.
