摘要
针对露天煤矿开采作业中存在的信息化水平不高、数据孤岛现象严重及安全监管难度大等问题,对露天煤矿三维一体化管控平台关键技术进行了深入研究,旨在通过集成创新技术实现露天煤矿开采的智能化、可视化与高效管理。介绍了露天煤矿三维一体化管控平台整体架构设计,详细阐述了露天煤矿三维一体化管控平台关键技术:统一数据中台技术通过标准化、清洗、融合及实时更新机制,有效整合多源异构数据,为平台提供全面、准确的数据基础;基于实景三维的“一张图”集中监测技术融合倾斜摄影模型轻量化技术、露天煤矿边坡三维监测技术、车辆人员三维监测技术实现了对露天煤矿开采全过程的实时、精准监测;可视化组态集中控制技术将复杂的设备运行监测数据转化为直观、易懂的图形化界面,不仅提升了管理者的决策效率,还增强了系统的交互性和用户体验。通过关键技术的综合应用,露天煤矿三维一体化管控平台能够提高煤矿安全管控能力,降低安全风险,为露天煤矿行业的数字化转型和智能化发展提供技术参考和实践范例。
In response to existing challenges in open-pit coal mining operations such as insufficient informatization levels,severe data silos,and difficulties in safety supervision,this study conducts in-depth research on the key technologies of a three-dimensional integrated management and control platform for open-pit coal mines.The research aims to achieve intelligent mining operations,visual monitoring,and efficient management through integrated technological innovations,presents the overall architectural design of the platform and elaborates on three core technological innovations.The unified data middle-platform technology establishes standardized data processing mechanisms including cleaning,fusion,and real-time updating,effectively integrating multi-source heterogeneous data to provide comprehensive and accurate data foundations.The“one-map”centralized monitoring technology based on real 3D scenarios combines lightweight oblique photography modeling,3D slope monitoring,and 3D tracking of personnel/vehicles,enabling real-time precise monitoring throughout mining processes.The visual configuration centralized control technology transforms complex equipment operation data into intuitive graphical interfaces,significantly enhancing decision-making efficiency while improving system interactivity and user experience.Through comprehensive application of these key technologies,the developed platform demonstrates remarkable improvements in safety management capabilities and risk reduction,providing valuable technical references and practical paradigms for promoting digital transformation and intelligent development in open-pit coal mining industry.
