摘要
报道了国内首例多路半导体激光器频率锁定实验结果。利用主动稳频技术,将三路1.5μm外腔半导体激光器的频率等间距地锁定在F-P标准具的频率透过峰上,频率间距4.8GHz,激光器线宽150kHz,在数小时实验观测时间内各激光器的频率抖动小于10MHz。
Frequencies of three 1.5μm external cavity semiconductor lasers are locked to the peak of a Fabry-Perot etalon with equal frequency span. The channel span is 4.8GHz and the frequency drift is less than 10MHz in the experiment period of several hours with laser linewidth of 150kHz. This experimental result 3f multi-channel semiconductor laser frequency locking is the first report in China.
