摘要
实验用200~250g Wistar大鼠,水合氯醛麻醉下于脊髓蛛网膜下腔(ich)置入PE-10聚乙烯管,术后24小时进行实验。以辐射热照射大鼠尾部引起甩尾反射的潜伏期(TFL)作为疼痛指标,以高频(100Hz)电针(1~3mA,0.3ms,持续30min)刺激“足三里”和“三阴交”穴,每10min停电测痛1次,30min内3次所测TFL增长百分数的平均值作为平均针效;电针刺激停止后,每隔10min测痛1次,3次所测TFL增长百分数的平均值作为电针后效应。
Intrathecal(ith)injection of5-ET_(1A) antagonist spiperone(25μg)had no influence on high frequency(100Hz)clectroacupuncture(EA)analgesia,yet co-uld significantly block the after effect of EA.5-ETIc antagonist mianserin(50 ug)not only attenuated the 100HzEAanalgesia,but also blocked the after effect.
