摘要
以往工作表明、发情期大鼠针刺镇痛效应明显高于非发情期。本工作观察不同性激素对针刺镇痛作用的影响。结果表明:双侧摘除性腺后大鼠针刺镇痛效应显著降低。去性腺+睾酮25μg/kg,电针仍无镇痛效应。去性腺+睾酮250μg/kg,电针镇痛效应明显增强。去性腺+睾酮1mg/kg,电针有部分镇痛效应。
It was lound that the effect of acupuncture analgesia was higher in the estrus female rat than that in the diestrus.In the present work we found that in castrated rats,the effect of acupuncture analgesia was decreased significa-ntly,and the effect was recovered markedly when administration of testosterone(250μg/kg),estrodio1(100μg/kg)or estrodiol+progesterone(100μg/kg),respe-ctively.
