摘要
本研究对112例额、颞、顶、枕开颅病人分针麻、全麻和局麻三组,对比观察了手术中血流动力学和血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AII)、皮质醇(Cor)醛回酮(ALD)的变化。结果表明针麻组病人术中安静、合作、血压轻度升高,心率(HR)增快17.6~23.2%,心博指数(SI)轻度下降,心肌收缩力指数(HI)、心脏指数(CI),时间张力指数(TTI)变化较小,外周血管阻力(TPR)轻度升高,左室射血分数(EF)明显增加,PRA、AII降低,Cor、ALD无明显变化。
Hemodyuamics and plasma renin-activity(PRA),angioteusiu Ⅱ(AⅡ),cortisol(Cor),aldosterone(ALD)were studicd during craniocerebral operation in 112 patients under acupuncture,general or regionalancsthcsia.The results showed that the paticnts were guiet and cooperalive during acupuicture auesthe-sia,blood pressure incrcased slightly,HRincreased 17.6~23.2%,SI,CI and Heather's index(Hl)decreased slightly,TPRand EF increaded significantly,PRA and AIl dccreased,Cor and ALD did not change significantly.
