摘要
已知下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴与中医“肾”关系密切,本实验用大鼠中脑中央灰质(CG)神经元自发放电和对刺激下丘脑内侧视前区(MPO)诱发放电为指标,观察肾阳虚大鼠上述指标的变化,及电针、夹尾刺激的作用。结果:①正常大鼠CG神经元自发放电频率为7.03±10.7Hz,刺激MPO后激活多数CG放电,电针使多数CG神经元放电抑制。
It has been found that the hypothalamus-pituitary-target gland axis relates to“Shen”,a concept of the traditional chinesemedicine theory.In present work,we found that:1)In the contro!group rats,the most of CG units could bc activated by stimulating medial preoptic area(MPO).The ratc of CG unils excited by pinching tails was as cqual as the inhibited.
