在电力工业发展中,发电能源演变大致具有如下几个规律性的特点:1.优先发展水电是电力工业发展的一般规律;2.大力发展核电、积极开发新能源是世界发电能源演变的新趋势,3.提高一次能源用于发电的比重是提高电气化水平的必由之路;4.根据国情优化发电能源结构是各国的共同规律。
